Goliath Technologies Achieves Record Growth in First Half of 2016 Led by New Customer Acquisition and Launch of Industry-First Product

Goliath Technologies capping off 23 consecutive quarters of growth was fueled by new customer acquisition in verticals such as healthcare, financial services, and providers of cloud based services.

Philadelphia, PA–August 16, 2016–Goliath Technologies’ record first half of 2016 was driven by acquiring new customers such as American Airlines, Bank of America, Martin Marietta Materials and Office Depot, as they selected Goliath Performance MonitorGoliath for NetScaler, and Goliath Logon Simulator over competing products to proactively monitor and manage the end user experience.

Organic growth, on a year-over-year basis, exceeded 65% in the first half of 2016. New enterprise customers were added at a rate of more than one per week.

Goliath’s sharp growth was also driven by the launch of a new industry-first Logon Simulator that confirms Citrix delivered applications are available and will successfully launch before end users experience performance issues when they try to access their applications.

“I am pleased with our profitable growth in the first half of 2016. This is continued validation that our focus on proactive technology designed to prevent IT performance issues from impacting end users is on the mark,” said Thomas Charlton, Chairman and CEO of Goliath Technologies.

Goliath continued to invest in product enhancements designed to support hospitals using Electronic Medical Records Applications. Hospitals and healthcare systems like Universal Health Services, Catholic Health Initiatives, and Lehigh Valley Health Network all joined Goliath’s rapidly growing group of healthcare providers who leverage technologies like Goliath Performance Monitor to ensure physicians and healthcare workers can access their applications 24/7/365.

Charlton noted, “At one healthcare system for example, our new technology which confirms Citrix delivered applications will be available to end users, is performing 15,000 test launches daily from 30 acute care hospitals across North America. This provides an early warning system for IT administrators so they can fix any connection issues before clinicians are adversely impacted. It is all about happy end users, and the IT professionals who purchase our technologies know that we understand that fact.”

In addition to healthcare systems adopting Goliath’s proactive technology like Goliath Performance Monitor and Goliath Logon Simulator, industry-leading Managed Service Providers such as Forthright Technology Partners selected Goliath to ensure they meet their 99.9% uptime service level agreements.

“Goliath enables us to proactively prevent about 70 support tickets per day. They provide us with a centralized view of Citrix and our virtual infrastructure, and correlate this with real time end user experience metrics. This, coupled with the fact that they have proactive logon simulation functionality, is why we selected Goliath for our Citrix infrastructure as part of our managed services offerings,” said Ricardo Ceballos, Director of Enterprise Managed Services at Forthright Technology Partners.
