Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Karen Armor, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, is directly responsible for the global sales organization which includes both external and inside sales and client success teams. Karen is a talented leader with extensive experience in high-tech software sales, specifically in the areas of security, mobility, and hybrid cloud virtualization. She brings to the organization critical experiences gained from high growth and velocity environments, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction, revenue retention, process enhancement, and sales excellence.
She most recently was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at 5Nine, a leader in hybrid cloud virtualization management and security, which was acquired by Acronis in December of 2019. Prior to joining 5Nine, Karen spent nearly 20 years at Fiberlink/MaaS360, a privately held mobile device management and security provider. Karen served most notably in senior leadership roles in Operations and Sales and was responsible for all customer delivery and retention, as well as for the creation of the company’s Inside Sales function. In 2013 MaaS360 was acquired by IBM where Karen served as a Business Unit Executive. In this role she acted as a focal point for coordination between IBM and North American Security Sales leadership, sellers, and customers. In addition, she was responsible for the management of MaaS360 Fortune 1000 sales teams and initiatives.
Karen is an avid golfer and sports fan. She is passionate about her family, work, and Lehigh University, her alma mater, from which she holds a Bachelors Degree in Government (and as a season ticket holder has attended over 150 of their football games in her lifetime). Karen resides outside of Philadelphia, PA.
