New Products and Functionality for Healthcare IT and Cloud Service Providers Drives Growth

Goliath Technologies, the leading provider of Proactive IT Operations solutions for virtual desktop, virtual server and cloud infrastructures, has continued the trend of record breaking revenue growth driven by new client acquisition.

During the first half of 2015, new license revenue increased 63%. This sharp revenue increase over the same time period in 2014, also a record first half, was driven by new customers such as UHS, Cook Children’s, MTM Technologies, Facebook, and Walmart. Goliath Technologies was selected as the solution for monitoring and managing complex VMware, Netscaler, NVIDIA vGPU and Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, both on premise and in the Cloud. In the case of Healthcare Systems, purpose built modules for MEDITECH, McKesson, Allscripts, Siemens, and T-Systems weighed heavily in the decision to select Goliath Technologies.

“In late 2014 we introduced a new product, Logon Simulator for Citrix, as well as a number of product extensions that offered significant value to Healthcare IT and Cloud Service Providers,” said Thomas Charlton, Chairman and CEO of Goliath Technologies. “While our products are applicable across verticals we have deep experience in Healthcare and with Cloud Service Providers who increasingly centralize applications, often graphics intensive, with remote access provided by Citrix. We leveraged our experience in these verticals to capitalize on gaps that exist in competitive offerings. The outcome has been positive for system administrators as well as Goliath”.

“Working with Goliath was refreshing. We challenged Goliath to prove their ‘Proactive IT Operations’ claims by resolving issues related to Citrix, McKesson, and AllScripts. They spared us their marketing rhetoric, installed their product within one day, began trending analysis, and then quickly suggested fix actions. In approximately one week, support tickets dropped by 25% based on their suggested remediation actions,” said Chad Brisendine, VP/CIO at St. Luke’s University Health Network. “We are in the process of implementing Epic, and as part of the rollout we intend to utilize Goliath to ensure that the Citrix application delivery infrastructure is functioning optimally for our go-live date.”
