Introducing Goliath Performance Monitor 11.9

Goliath’s latest release automatically collects, correlates, and interprets end user experience data on Citrix and VMware Horizon. Included in this latest release:

  • Cloud Connector Module to monitor the health of the Citrix Cloud infrastructure and Cloud Connectors.
  • Features to troubleshoot remote worker issues on Citrix with ICA/HDX performance degradation indicators and new ICA Channel drill down.
  • Enhanced report management making it even easier to share performance metrics with management, other IT teams, vendors, and end users.
  • Citrix End User Experience Scorecard to benchmark performance against industry standards.
  • Microsoft Teams Module to alert IT Pros when end users are experiencing performance issues with Teams on Citrix, and automatically remediate those issues to avoid users being impacted.
  • New advanced reporting and alerts for VMware Horizon customers.
