Campaign Manager

Position Overview

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Campaign Manager will drive the ideation, development, execution, and monitoring of integrated campaigns across owned and third-party channels to achieve their lead generation objectives. This position will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Demand Generation team, as well as partner with external agencies and resources.


  • Plan, develop, and execute B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Design, build, and maintain campaigns that support SEO/SEM strategies
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external resources, such as designers, copywriters, videographers and web developers
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional assets, including digital and social media
  • Review and coordinate with Demand Generation team on execution of campaign tactics
  • Manage budget, monitoring spend, invoicing, and accruals against forecast
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web and social media analysis, and evaluation of KPIs
  • Maintain and report regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Manage organization of any trade shows or exhibitions, working with marketing support team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, advanced degrees a plus
  • 5-8+ years of Marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or Technical environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Track record of success in effectively managing third-party/agency partners
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Monday, and other industry programs a strong plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships
  • Ability to leverage insights to draw sound conclusions and translate them into actionable recommendations
