Goliath Technologies acquires Monitoring as a Service provider, TransformaTech, to meet growing demand by IT Executives for MaaS solutions

PHILADELPHIA, PA– July 18, 2014–Goliath Technologies, a leading provider of IT Operations Software for hybrid physical, virtual, and cloud environments, announced today that they have acquired TransformaTech. TransformaTech, a privately held company with offices in Exton, PA, provides monitoring as a service (MaaS) from the cloud for hosted and on-premise virtual and physical infrastructure.

All TransformaTech employees will join the Goliath Technologies team as well.
