Solutions focused on the Healthcare IT trend of adopting EMR/EHR applications delivered to end users via virtual desktop infrastructure drives surge in customer acquisition and record revenue growth

PHILADELPHIA, PA – January 8, 2015 – Goliath Technologies today announced its fifth consecutive year of record-breaking revenue growth due to successful market releases of industry-first software and technology.

Goliath Technologies realized significant revenue gains from new IT performance monitoring, analysis and reporting modules for Healthcare IT professionals who use leading EMR/EHR applications such as MEDITECH, Allscripts, McKesson, T-System and Siemens.

Goliath also added a significant number of new Health Systems clients in 2014 including St Luke’s University Health Network, Cook Children’s Health Care System, CareFirst Blue Cross, Augusta Health, Val Verde Medical Center, and Baptist Health.

“While we regularly work with customers that span the gamut of Fortune 25 brands to small businesses across unique verticals such as healthcare, finance, and the government sector, we realized years ago that Healthcare IT would become an integral part of delivering on the patient care contract. As a result, we began work on architecting software that would centralize performance data from EMR/EHR Applications, Citrix and supporting virtual and physical infrastructure elements,” said Thomas Charlton, Chairman and CEO at Goliath Technologies.

“We understood that new versions of many healthcare applications would rely on Citrix to provide secure access to patient information from anywhere, on any device. Our team delivered purpose-built software solutions for this infrastructure while maintaining a cost and ease-of-use profile that took into consideration the unique requirements of Healthcare IT.”

Goliath Technologies is the leading provider of Proactive IT Operations Software for hybrid virtual desktop, server and cloud infrastructures. A diverse, global client base utilizes Goliath’s software to anticipate, troubleshoot, resolve and prevent performance issues related to applications deployed on VMware and Citrix XenApp XenDesktop both on-premises and in the cloud.

“It isn’t surprising that Goliath Technologies has had another record year,” said Chad Brisendine, CIO at St. Luke’s University Health Network. “Their technology really hits the mark by offering solutions for Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and VMware that are purpose-built for these platforms, easy-to-use, cost efficient and interoperate with our key applications including Allscripts, McKesson and Epic. We challenged Goliath to leverage their technology to solve problems rather than just point them out, and they answered the call by suggesting fix actions that ultimately reduced our support tickets by 25%.”
