Product Certification Training
At Goliath we want our customers to realize the full value of their investment in our solutions. We also understand that many times customers purchase our proactive monitoring and analysis technologies for a specific purpose and may want to broaden their knowledge or train additional users. For that reason, we conduct free certification training each month for the users of our solutions.
There is no limitation on the number of participants for a given course or the number of courses a user can attend.
Free Basic Product Certification
This program is designed to help customers understand the basics of installation, agent deployment, configuration of monitoring rules, and overall navigation of the product. This program differs from our paid consulting engagements in that there are multiple companies that may attend and there is not an actual implementation performed in a customer environment.

Free Advanced Product Certification
This program is designed to help customers understand the advanced principles of using Goliath Performance Monitor, such as Remote Monitoring with the Master Agent, Protocol & Website Monitoring, Log Management and Compliance Monitoring, and Advanced Virtualization Monitoring. As with the Basic Certification course, this program differs from our paid consulting engagements in that there are multiple companies that may attend and there is not an actual implementation performed in the customers environment.
