Philadelphia (January 11, 2018) – Goliath Technologies announced today they achieved record growth for an eighth consecutive year. The record growth was driven by new Managed Service Provider and Healthcare customers including Tech Mahindra, HCL, Teknicor, MindSHIFT, Atlantic Health Systems, Inspira Health Network, and Southlake Regional Health, who selected Goliath Products to anticipate, troubleshoot, and ultimately prevent end user experience issues related to application access and usage – regardless if where the infrastructure, data, or end users are located. Goliath delivers specific purpose-built functionality for Managed Services Providers offering Desktop as a Service (DaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platforms as a Service (PaaS) and Remoting Monitoring and Management (RMM). For Healthcare, Goliath provides specific modules to support the major EHR applications including Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, AllScripts, McKession and T-System.

In 2017, Goliath also expanded its vendor partner program, adding new vendors including HCL and Burwood Group, the North America Citrix Solution Advisor Partner of the Year: “At Burwood Group, we continually look for ways to reduce IT complexity while ensuring performance and reliability in our clients’ environment,” said Dan Speck, Vice President of R&D and Technology Consulting at Burwood Group. “As we evaluated monitoring solutions, Goliath Technologies stood out for its ability to centralize management and monitoring of all apps and data across disparate systems, platforms, and devices, particularly how its functionality and ease of use help overcome the unique challenges facing Healthcare IT.”

On a year-over-year basis, new enterprise customers were added at a rate of more than one per week driving a sharp increase in new license revenue growth. Goliath’s software was selected by IT Operations teams across all verticals, but especially in growth markets such as healthcare, legal, and service providers. New products, like the Goliath Application Availability Monitor, also contributed to the record year. “At MTM, we deploy the Goliath Application Availability Monitor as an advanced troubleshooting tool,” explained John Byrne, Director of NOC Technologies at MTM Technologies. “GAAM’s automatic screenshots allow us to see a picture of the exact point at which the application launch failed, then ID and resolve the underlying problem that caused the application or infrastructure to be unavailable quickly, and we can share the images directly with customers, so they can see exactly what issue occurred and where.”

Thomas Charlton, Chairman and CEO of Goliath Technologies described the company’s success. “Goliath Technologies has experienced significant new customer adoption and revenue growth by providing purpose-built IT operations software that enables any enterprise to proactively reduce troubleshooting and remediation time, improve the end user experience, and achieve IT performance goals such as lowering support ticket volume and preventing costly downtime,” said Thomas Charlton, Chairman and CEO of Goliath Technologies. “Our customers love how our software’s robust capabilities and detailed metrics quickly identify the specific root cause of issue, eliminate finger-pointing and allows them to focus on proactively solving problems for their end users.”
