The new release includes new Troubleshooting Workflows that show IT professionals how to use Goliath Performance Monitor to solve common end user experience issues. These workflows are based on real examples from Goliath customers and will show you how to troubleshoot from the initial ‘Citrix is Slow’ complaint to isolating the specific root cause of the issue. GPM v11.7.8 adds an expanded NOC view that includes a topology view that automatically maps your Citrix infrastructure. Now IT professionals can immediately understand the relationships between infrastructure, resources, and users – regardless of the size of your environment. You can even switch between farms or data centers quickly. The NOC view also allows customers to create their own powerful combinations of key performance indicators for not just Citrix, but other components across the entire delivery infrastructure. These dashboards auto refresh and auto-cycle delivering the data you need to proactively monitor and troubleshoot your environment.

Proactively confirm your IT elements work together properly to deliver desktops and applications – with real Citrix sessions from your key user locations.
